The IAB human resources office provides personnel support advice and services for faculty, staff, and students including facilitating hiring faculty, staff, and students; new employee orientations; employee manuals; benefits information; payroll and time-sheet coordination; employee relations; tuition waivers; tax forms; and supervisor resources.

WTE Reminder: If you are an approver and unavailable to approve electronic timesheets, please be sure to set-up and notify your proxy that they need to approve for you. Proxies do not receive auto-generated reminders.

Electronic Timesheet (WTE):

At this time, only hourly employees are submitting their timesheets through UAOnline with the web timesheet entry program (WTE).
Exempt employees will start their pilot program in Fall 2012. Units roll-in schedule will be determined this summer.
Who are hourly employees?
Employees who write in their hours for each day they worked and are overtime eligible. This includes; undergraduate students, temporary staff and hourly benefited employees.
Who are exempt employees?
Employees who are paid on a bi-weekly salary or stipend and are not overtime eligible. This includes; faculty, post-docs, and graduate students.
