Windows Security Articles (thanks to Castle Cops, formerly Computer Cops)

Dell Security Center: a good guide for beginners. If you have basic questions about how to make your PC more secure, please visit this site.

WindowsSecurity.com: a great site for learning more about computer security in detail (not affiliated with Microsoft).

Spyware Warrior: a good review of the top 25 anti-spyware programs. The article also has a list of "rogue" anti-spyware programs -- those that do the opposite of what they say they will.

Shields Up: a web site for testing the security of your computer. Follow the instructions on the site to see how safe your computer is from malicious probes. There is a lot of information on the site that can help you understand computer security.

Virus Threat Center: a good site for current virus information, maintained by C|Net.
