Support of PhD Student to Study Cumulative Effects Related to Human-Rangifer Systems of North America Support PhD student in studies of resilience of Human-Rangifer Systems. The student is to:

A. Compile video that documents caribou users’ perspectives on change in Human-Rangifer Systems

B. Analyze video data

C. Design local knowledge website, post interview video data on website for public viewing

D. Research climatic factors affecting Human-Rangifer Systems of Alaska’s four barren ground herds

E. Develop research into a PhD dissertation

F. Periodically present research updates and findings to the CARMA Steering Committee and at science conferences
